These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern use of drpauljain.com (the “Website”) and the administrative text-messaging program operated by Pinnacle Healthcare, Inc. for the medical practice known as Paul Jain, MD & Associates (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. Participation in the text-messaging program is also subject to the SMS Messaging Terms below.
Website Information
The Website provides general information about our organization and services. Website content is for informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or an established clinician-patient relationship. Do not use the Website, email, or text messaging for medical emergencies. Call 911 or seek appropriate emergency assistance.
We may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue Website content or functionality at any time. We do not guarantee that the Website will always be uninterrupted, accurate, complete, or error-free.
Acceptable Use

SMS Messaging Terms
Program Name and Purpose
The Paul Jain, MD & Associates Administrative Team Alerts program, operated by Pinnacle Healthcare, Inc., sends authorized workforce members internal, non-marketing operational messages. Messages may include generic administrative assignments, task reminders, and workflow alerts directing the recipient to an approved secure system for details.
The program should not be used to transmit patient names, diagnoses, treatment details, medical-record information, or other sensitive patient information by ordinary SMS.
Consent
Participation in the SMS program is voluntary and optional. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, access to services or benefits, or completion of any transaction. Authorized workforce members may decline or revoke SMS consent without penalty and will receive operational information through another approved channel, such as the organization’s secure system, email, or direct supervisor communication.
Only authorized workforce members who affirmatively provide separate written consent are enrolled. The SMS consent is not bundled with required employment documents or general terms. Providing a mobile number alone does not constitute consent. Consent applies only to this administrative program and is not transferable to another program or organization.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on operational activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After an opt-out request, you may receive one confirmation message and will receive no further program messages unless you separately enroll again. We will also honor other reasonable requests to stop text messages.

Delivery and Carrier Disclaimer

Recipients must protect their devices with appropriate security controls, promptly report a lost or compromised device, and avoid forwarding administrative alerts to unauthorized persons. When an alert requires additional information, recipients must use the organization’s approved secure system.
Termination or Changes
We may suspend or terminate the program or a participant’s access when appropriate for operational, security, legal, or employment-related reasons. We may revise these SMS Messaging Terms, with the revised Effective Date posted on this page.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Governing Law
